A New Mental Health Community is Coming to the GTA

TrueLight Mental Health was inspired by lived experience and the belief that every young person deserves access to support, hope, and connection.

Coming soon, we will offer a safe and welcoming space for youth and young adults (ages 16–31) to access counselling, peer support, wellness programs, and community-based services designed to help them heal and grow.

Our goal is to make quality mental health support accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances or background.

Because no one should have to face mental health challenges alone.
