Our programs are designed for youth and young adults — free, accessible, and grounded in lived experience and cultural understanding.

One-on-One Counselling

Free mental health counselling for individuals under 35, focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, cultural stigma, and chronic pain management.

Group Counselling

Peer-based or therapist-led groups focusing on common issues: grief, addiction, family conflict, suicidal thoughts, men's mental health, and emotional regulation.

Family Counselling (Including Parents with Children)

Counselling sessions that support healing within families, focusing on communication, intergenerational trauma, and culturally sensitive parenting support.

Brain Injury Recovery & Education Groups

Support groups and psychoeducational sessions for youth living with acquired brain injuries, especially those navigating recovery from trauma or overdose.

Grounding & Mindfulness Programs

Weekly sessions focused on art therapy, cooking, journaling, yoga, painting, breathing exercises, or sitting quietly in a safe space.

Drug Awareness & Harm Reduction Education

Workshops and drop-in sessions that educate youth about substance use, overdose prevention, harm reduction strategies, and recovery pathways.

Drop-In Quiet & Wellness Space (future physical site)

A non-clinical setting for youth to read, rest, drink tea, or meet with others without pressure, offering relief from overstimulation and loneliness.
